Spring Skills Clinic Series

Come join our Spring Clinic in April and May! This Clinic is open to BRAND NEW players looking to try a new sport this Spring, and EXPERIENCED players who want to improve their game for their Fall FH Season. All players will be challenged and pushed based to their current skill level.

We will be offering an 8 week Spring Clinic Skills Series for all players K - 8th grade. And, we had so much fun this winter - we will be offering another “Learn to Play” Clinic for Toddlers (3 - 5 years old) this Spring!

Spring Clinic Series:

  • Who:

    • Toddler Clinic: 3-5 years old

    • K-5th Grade Clinic

    • 5th-8th Grade Clinic

  • When:

    • Toddler Clinic: Tuesdays @ 5:45pm - 6:30pm

      • 8 weeks: 4/1 - 5/27

      • No Clinic 4/15 due to FCPS Spring Break

    • K-5th Clinic: Sundays @ 4:00pm - 5:00pm

      • 8 weeks: 3/30 - 6/1

      • No Clinic 4/20 due to Easter

    • 5th-8th Clinic: Tuesdays @ 5:00pm - 6:00pm

      • 8 weeks: 4/1 - 5/27

      • No Clinic 4/15 due to FCPS Spring Break

  • Location:

    • Sundays @ Ballenger Creek Turf Field

    • Tuesdays @ Othello Regional Park Turf Field

  • Cost:

    • $75 = Toddler Clinic

    • $105 = K-8th Clinics

Spring Break Shoot & Save Clinic

MDL will be hosting a Shoot & Save Clinic over Spring Break! This clinic will help field players improve their shots on goal, teach and master tips, touches and deflections in the circle and build your confidence to capitalize and score goals!

Goalkeepers - this Clinic is for YOU too! Coach Ying will be making a special appearance at our Shoot & Save Clinic to specifically help GKs learn new skills while building on their goalkeeping fundamentals. All goalkeepers welcome!

This Clinic is open to any FH players - regardless of club affiliation.

SB Shoot & Save Clinic:

  • Who: 2nd - 12th Graders

  • When:

    • Tuesday 4/15

    • Thursday 4/17

  • Time:

    • 9:00am - 10:30am = 2nd - 8th Grade

      • Newer or Rec Level 8th Graders at Session #1 @ 9:00am - 10:30am

    • 10:30am - 12:00pm = 8th - 12th Grade

      • Experienced or Club Level 8th Graders ONLY at Session #2 @ 10:30am - 12:00pm

  • Location: Utica Park Turf Field #7

  • Cost:

    • 1 Day ONLY = $30/player

    • BOTH Days = $50/player

Summer Field Hockey Camp

Join MDL and your favorite coaches this summer for our 5th annual Summer Field Hockey Camp! This camp is geared for players of all ages and skills levels. We will teach BRAND NEW players the basics and fundamentals, while challenging and pushing our more experienced players to learn new skills and improve their hockey IQ on the field. Level up your game this Summer, so you can dominate your Fall Season!

Summer Camp:

  • Who: Rising 2nd - 9th Graders (Fall 2025)

  • When: Monday 7/21 - Friday 7/25

  • Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm

  • Location: Utica Park Turf Field #7

  • Cost: $225/player
